Surgilon™ Braided Nylon Sutures (Medtronic)

Surgilon™ braided nylon sutures are non-absorbable surgical sutures composed of the long-chain aliphatic polymers and Nylon 6.6. The advanced extrusion process of the nylon molecule and the coating process give the suture: a tight braid with a uniform diameter; maximum flexibility of the strand; excellent security with snug and flattened knots; excellent handling; excellent and consistent knotting strength.

Surgilon™ sutures are indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation.
