BeGraft Bentley is a peripheral stent graft used to restore vascular patency and seal damaged sections of arteries. Thanks to the combination of a metal scaffold and a polymer coating, it maintains the vessel lumen and ensures stable blood flow.
In modern vascular surgery, stent grafts are widely used during minimally invasive procedures to treat stenoses, aneurysms, and other vascular pathologies. The system enables precise implantation and provides reliable support for the vessel lumen after placement. This directly impacts the restoration of blood flow and the patient’s subsequent condition.
BeFlared FEVAR Stent Graft for Complex Aortic Procedures
The BeFlared FEVAR stent graft is used during complex aortic procedures, particularly within the FEVAR technique. It is used in the treatment of aortic aneurysms and during endovascular replacement.
A key feature of the system is its ability to handle complex anatomy. It allows for precise positioning of the implant and accounts for the location of aortic branches, maintaining control in areas where it is particularly critical.
Designed for the endovascular treatment of stenotic lesions in the iliac arteries and the restoration of their patency.
Its design combines control and stability: a balloon-expandable mechanism with an open-cell structure allows for precise deployment of the stent in the target area, while the CoCr frame combined with an ePTFE coating ensures strength and biocompatibility.
The stent is deployed using an OTW catheter via a 0.035” guidewire under fluoroscopic guidance, which allows for precise positioning of the system in the iliac artery.
Coronary solutions will also be available soon to address even more clinical needs.
